Why homeowners choose True Batten

The easy way to a better fence

We built the True Batten system because welded fences kept warping. Ours bolts together the way a window frame does, so you can stand it up yourself with ordinary tools and it stays straight. Every batten is made in our own factory in Landsdale.

01

Straight from the factory

We designed the system, and we machine, finish and pack it at our own factory in Landsdale. There is no distributor or showroom in the price.

02

Patent-pending non-weld system

Our own non-weld design clicks together without welding or specialist tools. It is exclusive to us and built for everyday DIY.

03

Australian made and owned

Designed, owned and made in Landsdale, Western Australia, and shipped Australia-wide.

Jonny French, who invented the True Batten system

Who makes it

The bloke who invented it

That's Jonny. He made windows and doors for a living. A mate asked him for a fence, the welded one he built warped, and he wondered why it couldn't just be screwed together like a window frame. That is the whole idea: a non-weld system, patent pending, that a homeowner can put up with ordinary tools, made at our own factory in Landsdale.
