Built to come off the truck and go up
Most of the time on a fence goes into set-out, welding and waiting. This system takes all three out of the day.
No welding, no hot works
The system is mechanical. No welder on site, no hot-works permit, no grinding back and touching up. One less trade to book and one less thing to sign off.
Baseplate down, no cure time
One machined baseplate per panel fixes to concrete, paving or a rendered plinth at 400mm centres. Nothing is set in concrete, so you are not back on site tomorrow to stand the panels.
Drilled before it ships
Batten spacing is set by the plate, not by your tape. The receivers are already there, so the run comes out the same at the far end as it did at the start.
Shop drawings in the box
Every order ships with drawings for that job, so whoever is on the tools has the setting out in front of them instead of on a text message.

Everything is made to order in Australia, so the panel that arrives is the length you asked for in the colour you asked for. Allow two to three weeks from order to dispatch, and tell us the program on a big one and we will give you dates in writing.

All four profiles are strength-tested to AS1926.1 by a NATA-accredited laboratory, and we issue a certification summary listing the report numbers for council submission. Full test reports on request.
