Modular non-weld system
The TrueBatten system uses a patent-pending modular connection method that eliminates on-site welding entirely. Each batten is individually secured into a machined baseplate using a concealed mechanical interlock.

Architect FAQs
What lead times should I allow?
Everything is made to order, so allow 2 to 3 weeks from order to dispatch. Custom colour matches and woodlook finishes add coating time on top. Tell us the program on a large project and we will give you dates in writing.
What are the standard colours?
Textura Black, Monument Matte, Surfmist Matte and White Satin, plus the Beach Oak and Wild Olive woodlook finishes. Beyond those we match to the Dulux and Interpon ranges, or to a colour you nominate.
Are CAD files or BIM objects available?
Not as a public download yet. Ask us for the technical pack for your project and we will send the profile geometry and details you need in the format you work in. Tell us which one when you get in touch.
Can you provide compliance certification?
Yes. All four profiles are strength-tested to AS1926.1 by a NATA-accredited laboratory. We issue a certification summary listing the report numbers for council submission, and the full test reports are available on request.
Do you offer project-specific technical support?
Yes. We help with specification wording, detail development and setting out, and we will come to a design team meeting. You are talking to the people who make the product, not a sales office.
Can I get physical samples for client presentations?
Yes, order profile and colour samples through the sample page, or ask us about a full-size sample panel for a major project.
